Every building needs glass window as a light way and a place to see situation on the outside. Building uses transparent glass for window in several reasons. Transparent glass is allowing the light to enter the room, this will save energy due to little need of electric light. Unlike transparent synthetic, glass is durable, strong and repairable. Glass is rarely damage by extreme temperature and dust.
Just like the other material glass has possibility to scratch. But unlike plastic, glass scratch can be repair.  will remove the imperfection without to allow people see clearly again. The other glass problem is damage from graffiti action. Some time we should make graffiti on the windows to within the building process. And the graffiti usually leave scratch on the glass.
